Qualifications

Through my extensive training and continuous education, I am able to focus more on what drives me the greatest; achieving the best results in the fastest time possible.  Transforming the physique of a client before their big wedding day or increasing the strength of a client before their sports season begins is what gets me out of bed.  Inches off the waist line or personal bests on the gym floor, transforming body shapes and enhancing lifestyles is how I thrive.

Take Joe for example, in just two months Joe lost eight pounds of fat and gained four pounds of solid muscle before his beach holiday.  Not only did he look smoking hot but he gained so much confidence that he has now signed himself up to his first triathlon... WOW!

I also helped Carole drop her stubborn bodyweight by figuring out her food intolerances.  Once Carole adjusted her nutritional plan, the weight dropped off, and she can now re-introduce the cheat foods once a week to maintain her ideal bodyweight.

Working with Gray after he had let his double hip replacement rehabilitation slide.  He had been struggling with mobility and pain issues and even reported not being able to run for a bus.  Within just a couple of weeks, he had increased his mobility, strength and his pain levels were reduced to almost none.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim, a 45 yr old city executive who ran his own rugby team, and together through his own blood, sweat and tears, turned him into a machine.  I even bought him out of retirement and he is now actively playing his second season of quality rugby.  If you could truly see his development, you would be amazed that he would have ever retired from the game in the first place.

Finally, my greatest ever accomplishment was to convince a woman that I was the only person in the world that she would ever want to share her life with ... and now I am happy to announce Eliane as my wife.  Sorry guys, she’s with me.

When I am not working with clients and studying to further improve my abilities, I spend my time Snowboarding, Climbing & Hiking, SCUBA Diving and Jiu Jitsu. 

When at home, I love the movies, the UFC and Super 15. 

Not to mention spending time with the only women that drives me and motivates to be the very best that I can be.








David Calderwood is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  David is also a PICP II & Biosignature Practitioner through Charles Poliquin's Internship.
