"I hate working out. Infact if I didn't spend a lot of my life permanently squeezing in far too much I would have no need to sprint for that train, plane, meeting and I could happily return to being a contented couch potato. If I didn't train with Dave, I would probably have fallen to pieces by now. Amazingly he manages to get me doing all sorts of ridiculous and excessively sweaty things which I would never even contemplate if I went to the gym by myself (I don't of course, but if I did I'd be the one in the coffee bar).
